New Century Hotel Amsterdam Guest Reviews

'Very affordable hotel with excellent staff'

Review by Paul Blake from United Kingdom

I recently travelled to Amsterdam with my friends and we booked a really good deal at New Century Hotel. Firstly, the staff was always helpful and nice. On our arrival, we found out that no standard rooms were available and we were given an upgraded room. The room looked flawless, no bugs, no mess, fully renovated, with all bathroom amenities. The hotel's corridors also looked brand new. The nearby area is quite nice although surrounded by highways. But you can safely and easily cross the streets, and the hotel is about a 5 minutes walk to the tram station. Indeed, it was the best deal for the price we paid. Definitely looking forward to staying at New Century Hotel Amsterdam again if I ever get the chance to!

'Quite a surprise, in a good way'

Review by Martin Filippo from Spain

I booked Hotel New Century for a weekend trip to Amsterdam and I was a little cautious after reading reviews online but as it usually happens, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The staff was professional yet very accommodating. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor was lovely and the meals were delicious. My room and bathroom were much more than I expected. Everything was modern and very clean. My only concern was the time it takes to get from the hotel to the city centre but it's nothing out of the ordinary for affordable hotels like this one. Apart from this, I had no complaints whatsoever and can highly recommend staying at New Century Hotel!
